Rod Dornbusch oversees the company’s capital projects including design and construction of property improvements and brand-mandated upgrades. Mr. Dornbusch also leads our efforts in energy conservation and consumption and engineering efficiency thereby enhancing profitability, as well as overall facilities management of the portfolio, all to maintain the quality for which the John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts portfolio is known.
