Hammons in 1975, Bob Niehaus served as Regional Vice President with the Winegardner-Hammons organization until his appointment in 1990 as Regional Vice President for John Q. Hammons Hotels & Resorts. Whether he is strategically planning sales & marketing initiatives, overseeing facilities management and asset protection, or ensuring exceptional guest service experiences, Mr. Niehaus is passionate about the hospitality industry and shares that passion with his team of general managers, consistently delivering a balanced scorecard throughout his region.
